About

Who you will be sitting with

Pastiche has been at 110 High Road in Beeston since 2005. Four therapists work here, and you can ask for any of them by name when you ring.

Why the same faces matter to you

The point of going back to the same therapist is that you stop having to explain yourself. She knows your skin reacted last time, she knows how much you actually want taken off the brow, she knows which shoulder is the bad one. Two of the four here have been doing that for the same customers for twenty one years, which is why several of the reviews read like they were written about a friend.

So when you ring, say who you had last time. If she is in that week you will get her.

The building, and why it is quiet

Pastiche is a house on High Road rather than a unit in a row of shops, so the treatment rooms are proper rooms with doors that shut, off a hallway. Nobody walks through the middle of your hour, and you are not lying on a couch listening to a till. Several reviews mention that before they mention the treatment.

Questions people ask before they book

How do I book?

Ring 0115 922 6200 and say what you would like doing, or email info.pastichetherapy@gmail.com. If you know which therapist you want, say so at the same time.

Do I need a patch test?

For tinting, yes: a skin test at least twenty four hours before your first one. Bleaching is the same. That means ringing a couple of days before the wedding, not the morning of it.

What does it cost?

It depends what you are having and how long it takes. Ring or email with what you want doing and you will be told the price before a time is booked.

Where exactly are you?

110 High Road in Beeston, NG9 2LN, on the parade near Sainsbury's. Beeston Centre and Middle Street tram stops are both a few minutes' walk.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

We have sold them for years, either for a named treatment or for an amount. Ring and say who it is for and roughly what they like having done.

What if I need to cancel?

Give us as much notice as you can. Our policy has long been that a charge may be taken for lost time when an appointment goes unused, so a phone call saves everyone the awkwardness.

Can I book two things in one visit?

Often, yes, but say so when you ring so both slots go in the diary together. If you want three hours or more, we will put a package together for you.
